The Schuberth C5 flip helmet is a completely re-crafted flip-front helmet, departing in quality and features from the C4 Pro and earlier models. It’s also the first Schuberth helmet in the new 22-06 homologation. The shell features a new, extremely compact and aerodynamic shell in keeping with Schuberth claim to be the quietest motorcycle flip helmet on the road.

The new features of the Schuberth C5 helmet:

There is a new ventilation system: The Schuberth C5’s new ventilation system is designed to combine maximum ventilation with low noise, thanks to the double chin air inlet and the multi-channel system inside the EPS, as well as a new rear spoiler that facilitates the extraction of air. The visor offers wider field of view, even when adopting a sports riding position, and has a visor mechanism with patented “memory function” for the last position. A high-grade Pinlock 120 is included. And you can add a plug-n-play Sena Bluetooth intercom kit that fits seamlessly into the prepared helmet (Sena SC2).

Why buy the Schuberth C5 flip helmet?

For some years there was only one premium flip front helmet from Shoei. Now you have a choice including the Schuberth C5. Something to note: the sizing comes up slightly tight, in particular if you owned a Schuberth before you will notice. In particular, the forehead area is not as generous. On the positive, the helmet is comparatively quiet.
