Merlin Barton II WP Wax Jacket: Modern meets retro

Classic retro wax jacket made from the original Halley Stevensons 12oz silk wax cotton: This is a shorter length heritage jacket crafted from all the materials with the highest pedigree AND given an improved cut for better fit. You like authenticity? This is what authenticity looks like. The slightly shorter length makes the Merlin Barton II jacket more practical and versatile than the original Belstaff Roadmaster. Vents on chest and back provide some (limited) cooling for summer riding. This is a great “modern retro” jacket.

Retro in style, modern in every other respect: The upgraded Barton II now includes a 150gm removable thermal lining and a waterproof membrane. Shoulders and elbow are equipped with Level-1 D3O limb protectors. The whole package is CE Level “A” approved. And the back can be upgraded with a D3O panel.

Fit: Merlin jackets come up at least 1/2 size bigger. A size Large will fit a 44in chest very comfortably, a 45in chest cleanly without being tight.
